After two years of inactivy, Samsung European Championship is back with great prizes and big future plans.

Just few minutes ago, HLTV.org announced the return of the Samsung European Championship after a pause of two years.

The event took place last time in 2008 at CeBIT and saw fnatic as the big winners of €12,500. 2009 was a sad year for SEC as the famous tournament did not take place due to the financial crisis.

Now that SEC returns with a total prize of $70,000 in cash, we can call it a big day for the entire e-sport scene. This year the tournament will take place September 3-5 at the International Congress Center (ICC) of IFA Exhibition in Berlin, Germany and it is expected that the best teams from all around the Europe will be invited to participate.
