Game Procedures

1) Meeting Place
All players must be online at our irc channel #Excello.fifa in the moment the cup starts.
We advice to be on time otherwise you might lose due to "now show".

2) Connection Establishment
The connection must be established over DIP. The player in the top of the bracket will decide who hosts first. If the competition has a best of 3 format then player A hosts the first match and then player B hosts the second. The third match host is decided by the player that decided who hosted in beginning. If a player can´t host and the other player declines to host both all matches the player that cannot host will lose his hosting matches. 

3) Connection Failure
If the connection fails for either player, the match should be restarted with the remaining time left. The scores remain. Directly after a connection failure both players have to meet at the meeting point to continue the game. If one player cannot contact his opponent he must contact one of the present referees. There´s a tolerance about waiting, 10 minutes. After this time the absent player loses.

4) Final Result (Standard way)
Two games, if possible both host one game if not talk to the admins so we can decide who host two times.

Match one: Player A 2-0 Player B
Match two: Player A 3-0 Player B

Final score -> Player A 5-0 Player B
So the final score is the sum of both games.

If the sum of goals gives a draw then do the following :

a) 1 half, with silver goal format
Silver goal means if one player is leading the score when first half is completed he wins the game

b) If after the first half there is a draw then a 2 half is played but with a goalden goal format.
Continue to play (another game if needed) but always with golden goal (who scores first wins)

For this cup we will use a bos3 format.

If after 90 minutes of playing there result is a draw the following will be done:

a) 1 half, with silver goal format
Silver goal means if one player is leading the score when first half is completed he wins the game
b) If after the first half there is a draw then a 2 half is played but with a golden goal format.

Continue to play (another game if needed) but always with golden goal (who scores first wins).

Remember that the premier conditions of the game have to prevail, this means if there are any red cards they must be replicated, this does not extend the period of time to play in "after 90 minutes game".

Forbidden Moves

1) Bar Corner Kick
At a corner kick, you aren’t allowed to shoot the ball directly on the bar to get a chance for a header when the ball rebounds. Please watch this video for a better understanding:  Video - Bar Corner Kick - Youtube

Big Note:
-> The match has to be played until the end. DO NOT QUIT when longball is used. Make the protest after the game is done.
-> Fail to respect the ways of how to protest and the protest will not be considered.

7) If there is a draw after 90 minute

(this is only for the Final, has a best of 3 format)
